I submit three recent events to prove Fez is still one of the funniest men in show bid-ness...

(1) The hypnotic Fez - His relationship with Monster was quite revealing, as was his panache for martian!

(2) The drunk Fez - The last two hours of the drunk birthday Fez show is a god damn riot. WOOO!!

(3) The naked Fez - No, not the recent pee-shy episode, which was a hoot, but the story he recently revealed, from when he was in the 6th grade and after gym class accidently putting on his friend's underpants, and then having to take them off - fucking hysterical. Ron was shocked and speechless that he hadn't heard this story before.

The commonality with all three events is that they made Ron bust out laughing, and that man knows funny.

Agreed Curtoid! Those three Fez's had me GUFFAWIN', as they say in the French Quarter. If I lived near the station, I'd meet Fez in the parking lot at least once a week with a bottle of Seagrams and 7up before the show. Just like cub scouts.
