I'm really uncomfortable when a News site such as CNN or the AP uses quotes like,

"John or Toothy Toothing enjoys the new craze."

Or "As we looked into this more we even found that there are just as many women as men who are also into the craze. "Mysterious Girl," "annie 2uesday," "CandyGrrrl" have said they are hooked big time."

Is this where are respectable news sites are heading?
