I wasn't pressing hard. Merely stating, that it's hard to help someone who doesn't give an explanation to
a: what kind of help they need
b: what may have caused the problem (at least in general terms)

I've helped friends (and even non-friends) as well as charities. I'm always willing to do what I can. But the information was not only limited, but we were just given a number (which doesn't show up on a reverse telephone number search).

Just asking for more info.

David Lee is going through some hard times right now. Since his episode with his heart attack he has been out on short term disability. That has run out and his dr. has to clear him either to work or to claim long term disability. Right now he and his wife are living between a van and a motel room when they can afford it.

Dave is living near Annapolis and could use any help that he can get. If his dr. clears him he is going to try and work as much as possible as he can without stressing his heart.

If you can help Dave out send me an private message and I will relay the info.

I understand the stress level. I like DLK, but for someone in his situation, he should be a little more grateful for getting ANY offers and not tell someone to "shove their room up their ass".

Dave did not want to be on the air that night. He is going through a time right now. He definitely appreciates Jen's offer, but since Jen lives so far away it won't be a possible for him to stay there.

So if there is anything anyone of us can do to help him he would really appreciate it.

I understand why DLK reacted the way he did. He's going through a tough time. However, I do have to defend Jen. She wasn't cracking jokes when she made the offer. She was completely serious. People think she's being funny because of her demeanor, but that's just the way she is.
