Steve, it all extends from an old promotion R&F had back in NYC, where you signed up to receive one of their "Big A.S.S. Cards." On each card there was a number, and when you called in with your number, you got a "HOOOOO-AH!!!" for Mr. Al Pacino himself. The B.A.C. has, however, since been retired, so no new ones can be gotten.
