This has been talked about between Ron & Fez a number of times. Mike The Teacher had a good discussion about it on Tuesday night as well.
As some of you may have heard, they are going to have another expedition to find Noah's Ark.

Well, thanks to satellite imagery, you can take a look at where they are going. I've seen these pictures before, taken decades ago, but everything looks the same.
There is something there, but it is most likely just rock and shadow.
Of course, it could be a crashed spaceship.

Of course not, because the ark is just a story, but the flood was most likely real, but not the world wide scale the Noah story tells.
What most historians and scientists believe is that there was once a land mass that connected Turkey and Europe which the Mediterranean. When the last ice age was coming to an end, the water broke through and flooded all the societies around the Black Sea area, which most of the world's civilized population lived at the time. This drove people into Egypt, Mesopotamia and other parts of the middle east. The flood certainly did change the course of civilization, but it was no godly cleansing ritual.

There are many flood myths around the world from China to Mesoamerica. Doesn't mean it was worldwide thing, though.
Of course, the genetics of an entire species trying to repopulate from just two animals is quite unlikely. I think the critical number for a species to be able to survive is somewhere around 50, or maybe higher.

Are they looking for unicorn bones too??? Rumor has it that the unicorns refused to get on the ark because them Unicorns was hiding, playing silly games. Kicking and splashing while the rain was pouring,
Oh, them silly Unicorns.

I have serious doubts when I try and find any images of this supposed area in question and not ONE image that shows anything of any detail. I have just spent 45 minutes looking at all sites related to this from National Geographic to a number of news sites about this story. How is it possible, when we have satellites that could read a the headline of a newspaper in your backyard that they cant have any images for us to look at? All Ive seen so far is a dark shape in the snow that isnt resolved to any size bigger than a postage stamp. My conclusion is that this is a way for this organization to get money for funding an expedition that will reveal nothing. I'm smelling scam here folks.

Now God seen some sinnin' and it gave Him a pain, so he said "Stand back! I'm gonna make it rain!
He sais "Hey, brother Noah, I'll tell you what to do; Build me a floating zoo."
"Get some of them green alligators, and long necked geese, some humpy backed camels and some chimpanzees, some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as your born; dont you forget those unicorns!"
Now Noah went out, into the driving rain, but them unicorns were
hiding -- playing silly games. Spashing and dancing as the rain began falling.
Oh them silly unicorns...
