Ron Makes A Funny About Stern...

During Fastest Hour today (not verbatum; best I could do), Fez was talking about commencement ceremony:

Fez: And another University is upset that they have Big Bird coming to speak at their commencement ceremony.

Ron: His name is Howard Stern...it's not nice...

Fez (laughing): No...Big Bird from Seseme Street...

Ron: That's not the kind of radio we do...

VERY funny! Back in the days when O&A and D&M were on the same team, "Big Bird" was Don and Mike's big, creative slam against Stern (their alternative to "Hoo Hoo") - nice pull, Ronny!

Thats good stuff, especially a little jab at D/M for the cheezy name. The best insults are ones when you get as many people as possible in as few words as possible.

Not so sure how much of it was a real slam on D&M (how is "Big Bird" and more lame than "Hoo Hoo"????) - I've read things in between the lines before, and this didn't see that way. Just was a funny throw-back to those salad days.

It seemed like just more of Ron's constant attempt to make Fez laugh. And since it was not part of the real story Fez was reading, just a side comment, it was pretty clear Ron came up with that on the fly.

Two very funny, very fast thinking men.
