My dads best friend Pattyboy needs a kidney transplant or he's gonna die soon. I told him I'd give him one of mine if it was a match. I think of it as being the last good deed I'd ever have to do in my life. And my father said he would give me a hundred grand....I'm not really sure why. I guess he likes this guy alot.

Is that alot of money for a kidney? Should I do it? Would you?
