Illegal in NJ for Costco to make gas members only!

So who is going to go buy their gas at Costco now that they cannot sell it to only their members?

$1.83 at last check. Now open to the public.


What's everyone think of them being forced to sell it to non-members?

That's ridiculous. What is the point in becoming a member if anyone can share the perks? All this will do is drive the prices up to equal all of the other stations' prices.

With this new ruling & the fact that (judging by the Clifton location) it's such a pain in the ass to get into & out of...the countdown to COSTCO Gas going out of business is officially underway.

But first will come the mad dash to the pump by non-members, followed by insane overcrowding, prices rising to meet all other stations (as Tazz said), fistfights at the pumps, then on to dwindling customers, & finally closing of the pumps. What a stupid decision/ruling/whatever.

Thats 60 cents less than what I pay at Exxon, sure its not a good deal but compare it to the other prices, 2.51? 2.64? Sounds good to me!

Why do you need Super? Are you driving a Ford Excursion or something?

I have a Hyundai Elanta wagon. I just try to gas up at the WaWa when I'm at skidmark's. Sometimes it's at least 5 cents cheaper than most.
