One arm bigger than the other?

I was just watching SportsCenter and you could see the top half of the woman broadcaster and her arms were in view. It was clearly noticeable that her right arm was much more developed than the left. I've noticed this alot with bowlers as well. I know why that is but to me it just looks kind of odd, one big strong arm and one much thinner less developed arm.

I'm a righty and i notice my shirt sleeves fit 'slightly' tighter around my right wrist than my left wrist.

How about yourself, do you notice this and are your arms the same size or do they differ?

i would think that would be unusual... do you perform more labor intensive activities with your right arm and maybe just 'let's say' write with your left hand?

Heheh, me, labor...heheh. Seriously though, I can only right with my left hand but I do just about everything else with my right, i.e. throw a ball, eat, J.O....I dont know why but thats the way its worked since I was a kid.

actually, when i was working out, i noticed my left arm(strong hand) was getting bigger than my right.

i wasn't lifting properly and overcompensating from lifting too much weight. but if you're on tv, you gotta figure she has a personal train, or rubs the nub a lil too vigorously. ta dow!!!

I don't notice necessarily just one arm, but my whole right side is bigger/more developed than my left. At first I thought I was just paranoid, but when I go to the gym I lift more with the right side.

PS Who knows enough bowlers to be able to make a comparison as to whether or not this is true for them?

We are called 'bi-laterally' symmetrical; remember remembering that happy horeshit in Bio? No. No prob. It was boring.

Anyway; here's a very Real way to show that indeed you are not the same on each side of your body. I've seen these pictures and said hey, I can do this:

The study did this: they took photos of peoples faces. Simple. They lit them from exactly the front with diffuse light so no shadows. Then, they take the picture of the face and slice it right down the center. So you have your left and you right face.

Then with a little PhotoShop et al you take the Left Side Pic; flip it so its the same orientation as your Right Side, and PhotoMerge the two. Do the same with the Right Side half. So; you end up with two face pics; one made with Left side, one with Right.

People thought the differences would be subtle; but they often found out that many of these pics looked Very Very different, like two completely different people. Its on the web somewhere im sure. But if ya got PhotoShop and can get a good full face shot [they pulled the peeps hair back to avoid hair non-symmetry]; go for it.

because i'm lazy and don't do anything, breaking my left arm at 9 has still left my right arm more developed. I'm a righty also, so any activity I do is with that hand anyway.

My left foot is like a half-size bigger than my right and I am "left footed" in that I shoot in soccer with that foot. My left leg is more developed too. So if you did that photoshop thing with my entire body, the left side would make me look like a weeble.
