I recently started getting this at startup:
Explorer has caused an error in ~7082808388.tmp. Explorer will now close. If I click on it to close, my taskbar and all icons on desktop dissappears. I usually move it out of the way now and continue to use the computer, but I'd like to get rid of it. It's located in my temp folder of the Windows folder, I can't delete it since it says Windows is using it. I tried scan disk to see if that would clear it up, but it didn't. I ran my anti-Virus program and that didn't do anything. How could I get rid of it???
Thanks in advance

i think you press F8 right as it begins to boot, which will bring up a screen [in MS-DOS? i forget if XP did away with the DOS Shell entirely] and then there are some options; one of which is either Escape Boot Order or something, and then you are given options, something like...
Boot Last Available Configuration
Boot in Safe Mode
Boot in I cant Fucking Remember what its called Mode
Boot Normally
and you use the arrow keys to scroll, and hit Boot on Safe Mode; which will look a bit weird; low-res graphics and stuff.
Wow if I saw this post i wouldnt follow a damn thing.
im doing this from memory, I suck.
