Has anyone heard the songs from the velvet revolver album? Overall, I would have to say taht they are pretty good, i can definitely hear some GNR influence in some of the songs. There are actually a couple songs which remind me a lot of The Doors "An American Prayer" with scott reciting poetry, with a tribal drum type of thing behind him. I highly recommend it in this age of commercial rock where everything sounds the same.
