So what's your call? Why do you think Bush decided to override the June 30th deadline and sneak it in 2 days early? Perhaps to derail insurgent attacks planned for that day? I have no idea...

Considering the mess Bush has got us in, this is a very good, and smart, move.

It most certainly derailed some insurgent attacks. Those attacks will continue, but hopefully this move will be able to spot some coming and save some lives.
