F. Google. I hate Microsoft, but Google has an stupid rating system for their search engine results. Their search results are based not on relevance of the sites content, but by how many other site pages out there are linked to them. So large companies just go out and partner with other sites, or launch other sites, that all link to their homepage which boosts their rankings.
