If you tip 15-20% at a restaurant....is it proper etiquette to tip a prositute or informant?

Philosophers, from Socrates to Heigel have debated this quesion without ariving at a clear consensus.

After review of all relevant viewpoints I've concluded that tipping is appropriate only for services rendered above and beyond the call of duty. If she's clearly just in it for the money no tip is needed.

As to the amount of tip, those who are circumcised and thus used to leaving a tip from an early age should go with 15%. Otherwise 10% is more than sufficient

sounds like more of a legal issue...
unless your in Vegas, for prostitute anyway...
don't know about informants though...
supposedly it's gone up from 15 to 20% at restaurants... 20% is high unless you receive really good service...

I think you should only tip hookers if they really rock your world.
