I've been using Sprint for over 3 years without any problems. But if I decide to cancel the service the cancellation fee is 200 dollars. So fuck you Sprint!

I've had sprint for years. I got it when they still offered month to month so I have no contract with them. The only extra expense has been upgrading phones every couple of years. Every once in a while they try to lure me into a contract for more min etc. Fuck you T-mobile I love sprint.

I had AT+T wireless and recently switched to Verizon, on a whim really; they had a model i liked at one place, so anyway, so far: AT+T was always very good here [NJ Shore, Monmouth/Ocean Counties] and fine up and down to Flah-duh, and so far with Verizon, things are about the same. No real probelms.

I'd have made about 20 calls already dropping my lawyers name and all that bullshit that gets you nowhere but some do when shit like this happens. I try to stay calm, but that is a CLUSTER FUCK. The napalm of fucks, the MOAB of fucks, the Cruise Miss... ok Tangent Alert.

I use to have Verizon, and dreaded the yearly trip to the Verizon store. They treated me like shit and there would be 4 people helping one customer and the line was out the door, and Id be absolutely furious. I went to AT&T and couldnt believe how nice the store experience was and decided to switch. I have been happy for the past 3 years I have been using them, but I will admit they are getting a little sloppy in the stores now, but no where near the extent of Verizon. Their customer service seems a lot better to me though and I have gotten a few extra freebies whenever I do have a problem, which is rare. I have been wondering about Nextel as my next phone, but I dont really know who well their phone service is, and I do find the people who use the walkie talkie thing to be very annoying, so Id probably just use it for the cell part. That is, unless I hear negative feedback regarding thier service, support and coverage.

much more freindlier than ATT, those scumsuckers leave you on hold for hours all to tell you one lie after another about your number being ported to GSM network and no matter what you di It never works. Cingular is supposed to be buying ATT Wireless, for now though Im stuck with this crappy ass Picture phone.

Then it means the way the building was constructed interferes with the signal.

Read Consumer Reports. Verizon has the least blackout spots nationwide. Especially in NY.

I worked for AT&T years ago and couldn't get service on teh highway right by our corporate building. go figure.

I looked at the Sidekick when it first came out, but couldn't bring myself to even think about switching over to their shitty service.

I have T-Mobile and I don't have many problems with them at all. They even set me up with a phone I could use (keeping my same number) while I was in Italy last year.

I've started with Omnipoint. Then they got taken over by Voicestream, then by T-Mobile. And I'm not on contracts anymore, so no cancellation fees.

AT&T can suck my ass.

I thought Verizon was bad - ha!

Never had a problem with Sprint, they were like a reliable girlfriend who doesn't get all psycho when you break up 'cause you don't know how good you got it.

Apparently when I bought a new phone to replace the one that met its demise from sudden deceleration due to my frustration over AT&T's poor coverage the act of paying $80 for a $5 phone obligated me to stick with them for another year's service.

Never mind that the ...um, non-Native-American Indian fellow who sold it to me swore up and down that I wasn't obligating myself to anything by doing so. I think I may stop in this week and inform him that immediately after I found out he lied to me I stopped by Burger King and ate his God.

Fuck you, AT&T. Fuck you to death.

I hear great things about Verizon. I use AT&T which willl merge with Cingular soon (Right now we use Cincular to roam and there is no fee for roaming!)

The advantage of sprint is that for an extra 5 bucks a month nights start at 7pm. Verizon tries to make it look like the same thing, but its only if you call "in" the verizon network. My bill dropped 100 a month when I went to Sprint and no longer have a land line phone.

Service wise they are about equal. The only place I have a problem is at Rock...Rock..Rockaway Beach and only down in the 140's. Same as with verizon.

Customer service wise they have been ok long waits on hold, but they seem to get the job done. Was at my graduation in the Hunter College auditorium in June and they charged me roaming minutes from there. I called and they took 'em right off my bill.

I live in the 140's and my T-Mobile phone gets no service here. But I have had that problem with every cell phone company Ive used before. It sucks out here...
