you probably don't need the exact grill to help answer this, but i'm not sure about one part. i'm installing the side burner right now. it comes with the gas line attached to the bottom and you conncect it to the gas source by the main burners. The directions are pictures only with no words to say whether or not i'm doing it right. the valve you put the gas line into has some type of locking device which you are supposed to lift, then push the gas line up into the valve and the locking device is supposed to fall back down apparently to lock the gas line in place. but the only way i can get the device to come back down and sort of lock there is no real solid connection. if i pull a little on the gas line i can disconnect it without touching the locking device. if i stick the gas line further in the thing won't come back down and lock into place. does anyone have this grill or similiar versions? and if you do does yours lock in nicely? any feedback is appreciated. thanks

Very easy 10-minute assembly with no more than 8 fasteners and a single tool (included)

it is a great grill. the problem was some type of washer was on the end of it...i assume now for traveling protection or something. i wasn't sure why it would be on it, but the picture directions showed nothing needed to come off of it and it was small enough to almost fit up the hole. i had myself convinced it had something to do with keeping the gas from leaking, but it fit way to good into the valve when i took it off. so i assume its right. its the side burner so i need people to come over to maybe use that part.
oh and all other assembly was really easy. maybe not 10 minutes assembly for me, but easy enough.
