What The Hell Is Happening On WFAN?

Is anyone else hearing this? It sounds like they are just broadcasting really bad audio from some kind of concert or something. It's been going on for like 5 minutes now. Is this intentional, or is this some kind of MASSIVE broadcasting error?


*EDIT: Great, it stopped as soon as I made this thread. Unless anyone else caught it and has an explanation, I suppose the mods can go ahead and lock 'er up.

I figured it was a remote, but did they mean to cut to a break or something? Cuz there's NO GOOD REASON to broadcast TERRIBLE concert audio for that long on a talk radio station.

That terrible audio of which you speak is Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes. And they (WFAN) have hinted all week long of about a special guest, which going by Dog's love for the Boss, would likely be Bruce...which is why I'm not listening today .


ps: I second the vote for Mizzle to interrupt the broadcast with Ron & Fez references.
