Sig help

If I grab a photo off of Google,,how do I make it conform to the boards regs?...I have JASC's Paint shop pro...but I'm not really literate with it...if someone can help...I would truly appreciate it..also any help you may give me towards making my own sigpics would also be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!

Well first you get the pictures.

Open the picture in Paint Shop Pro (PSP).

Go to Resize, or Shift + S.

Resize it to the limitations.

1. What I did was save a sig picture of another member on file, and erased everything on it to make it blank (right click on the space below and save it to your file):

2. Next, I right click the image from the Internet and save that to file as well.

3. I open up the blank sig pic in Microsoft Picture It.
4. I insert the image from the Internet on the blank one using the little arrows on the side of the picture to resize it.
