I am sick of people spewing that at me. Sure, I will agree that is sucks that he has to go but he should be proud that he is going to serve the way he signed up to serve. Can't turn this into a hate Bush rally all because the guy needs to go to war.

I hope the guy is fine and nothing happens to him but I wont say that its horrible that the guy has to go. We have a job we need to do over there and at least the guy is going. Wussies like me are too afraid to even sign up.

Brown Town, I have no idea what your going through but I can imagine it is difficult. I will keep your brother in law in my prayers.

I have a close friend to the family who's in the military. He hasn't gone to Iraq yet, and I hope he doesn't have to. It's scary knowing someone who you care about is going to be in harms way. All you can do, I guess, is support them and pray.

I just realized I do sort of have an idea of what your'e going through. My statments entirely contradict eachother.

Edit: I actually saw your post. I read it and then thought to ymself, you have a point, but unfortunately there are a lot of people who are not the type for the army. Which is why soldiers are so amazing to me. They do things I could never imagine doing on a daily basis.

it's difficult to answer why he is going but i've seenquite a few people deployed in the last few months, mostly reservists, and my cousin, who is a lt. just came back - probably to be deployed again soon.

i hope he stays out of harms way and he is a true warrior.
