You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

They were doing a survey askings opinions on renovating Giants Stadium vs. building a new one. I guess it's because I'm on the waiting list. The best question they asked: Would you prefer a 19 in. seat or a 21 in. seat? 21 all the way for my fat ass. Anyone else get called?
