Playing DVD's on the Playstation 2

I bought a bunch of DVD's to play on my Playstation 2. No matter which one I watched whether it was Scarface or Bull Durham it made this really loud and annoying buzzing noise and I'd have to turn it up just to hear what they were saying and even then that noise was still there. No matter what I did I couldn't stop it. Anyone else have this problem and if you did how did you fix it?

I think my playstation is going on 3 years now and it makes a lot of different noises. sometimes it makes wierd noises when I play dvds but there's really nothing you can do about it. You should just get a dvd player if your watching a bunch of movies.

Make sure all your cables are connected properly. One of them may be shorting.
