It's not like I didn't realize it already....i spend the majority of my day in front of the computer...its taken its toll on my body I experience as tremendous neck and back pain on a daily basis....

i know i have to exercise but i just can't bring myself to do it...

im so fucking lazy...

Dieting is maybe one-third of my weight loss; two-thirds involved doing Anything to get my ass outdoors and working. I'd suggest start doing peoples lawns, but the season is eanding.

Just get up and walk out of your house and walk for 15 mins then walk back.
