SCreen Captures

Is there any easy way, or a free program, that allows you to take screen captures from Windows Media Player, RealOne, etc ...

I tried the old print screen and paste but it shows everything but the vid still.

Let me know if there is anything.

"Apple + Shift + 3"

And if you do "Apple + Shift + 4", you can specify the size of what you want captured.


But that's only if you have a Mac.
