My guess? Both were drinking, the husband was REALLY fucked up, she thought she was OK to drive, and fell asleep behind the wheel.

Don't forget that 2 or 3 drinks still equals DUI. You don't have to be out of your mind blitzed.

Reesh, James is quite correct to react this way when it comes to the safety and well-being of children. I had the same gut-wrenching reaction when I heard the story. Maybe if DYFS took her kids away for a little while, she would get the fucking picture.
