Al .... I think you can do it bro....but you nees to listen to the people that are around you and realize that only as a team will the show survive.
Ronnie had some great ideas
1. Money Prizes..that would be a great hook for new listeners. I was hooked in 5 minutes when I listened to the show. That's all new listeners need. That initial try.
2. Guests - I am sure thatthere are great comedians that would love to be a part of the show as guest and would bring extra life to a show that already rocks!
3. Big Ass events - even if they are cheesey - we will eat that stuff up. I would really enjoy hanging out with fellow listeners and supporting the show.
4. Use cross-functional management and work with Ron, Fezzy, Billy, etc...to get the best product on the air.
5. Highlight spots - even for 22 seconds are funny and they are another way to hhok new listeners - that is how I gave the Sports Guys a chance.
Nobody starts a job to fail, and I hate to see people fail. I think you stop resting on your laurels of being well educated and get back to the interpersonal communication aspect of management.
I think you can do it man...just evaluate the course of action you are currently taking and work on it!
I LOVE THE RON AND FEZ SHOW!
Don't let it fail.
