Is Colossus Gay?

I have been reading the Ultimate X Men and I have noticed a few hints that they seem to be steering in the direction that he could be gay. Has anyone ever seen/noticed this in the development of this comic book charicter? I use to read the comics all the time in highschool, and honestly dont remember if he had any kind of "love interest"

I could be wrong...I havent picked up a comic in years. Last series I read was "Age Of Apocalypse" storyline. I stopped with that and went to spending my money on beer and slutty women.

Seriously, if any of you have been reading any of the Ultimate X Men lately, it does seem like they are trying to develop it like that. Since they have been doing it in the Ultimate way, they have taken other libertys, like making Nick Fury a black man and what not..

They made Beast gay in the "regular" series, and the world managed to not end.

With Colussus, Ultimate or otherwise (Well, it'll HAVE to be the Ultimate version, since the "real" one is dead), maybe it will finally make an unspeakably dull ethnic stereotype somewhat interesting. And I say stereotype becuase the horrendous habit of X-Men writers to make any "foreign" character apparently perfectly fluent in English, but they still say random words in their "mother tongue." Like he needed a flashing neon sign over him saying, "I'M RUSSIAN" at all times. And it was always stupid little words...the guy could give a full dissertation in english, but could never say "no"...always "nyet." "I can master your english language...but 'no'...IT CONFOUNDS ME!!!" Fucking pandering bullshit.

But isn't that the basic point of the Ultimate titles? Everything you knew is new? The basic premises stay the same, but everything else is as different as possible. Why stick so close to the "old" universe if you're bothering to make a "new" one in the first place? I say make 'em ALL gay and give "FLAME ON!" a totally new meaning.
