I kind of disappointed. I really enjoyed the show especially after O&A got canned. I would enjoy Norton, Vos and Patrice. I alsol like how the host,Colin Quinn was a counter to the left wing John Stewart on the daily. Even though I didn't agree with Colin on the show alot times I still enjoyed the show.

Thats blows. The show was really entertaining and had the funniest comics on. Colin Quinn is still the man.

Much Thanks to Jester for the sig!
I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about.

when the show first came on, i loved it. and i still do to a point. but in the past year, it is to much yelling over each other. there is no more conversation. it is just yelling back and forth. and since they are all friends, they sometimes act like they are at a bar together. which is cool, but through the yelling you can't really hear anyone.
Colin should have had better control of the conversations. Oh well, maybe they can come up with a new format that works better and try it out.

Seriously...do they really even care about that time slot? What are they going to replace it with, more late 90s SNL that no one cared about the first time around? AWFUL.

That's exactly why i stopped watching. It got to a point where i didn't even know what they were talking about because all of them refuse to sit and listen until the other persons done. They RARELY covered the actual topics brought up on the screen, and that's why the show sucks ass now.
I literally got headaches watching that show, i can hear Patrices annoying voice shouting as i type this.

I'm pretty sure Comedy Central was owned by Viacom since before Tough Crowd started.

Comedy Central has been owned by Viacom for years now.
I'm sad to see the show go, but like others have said, I've really been watching less and less these last few months. The guys stopped being funny and just scream at each other nonstop.
The turning point is where they went with the retarded idea of having everyone stand around instead of sitting. Before that, everything was cool. After that, it just fell apart.
CC will end up with another show like this soon. The had "Politically Incorrect" for years, and then "Tough Crowd." It's inevitable.
Just as long as they don't replace it with shit like "Crossballs." But fuck the haters...MORE "RENO 911!!!"

I like Reno 911. The last three episodes of this season were hysterical with the milkshake guy. And they can't even show SNL anymore. They gave up those rights and bought the ones to that terrible Mad TV. They also stopped showing the Conan repeats. So there will now 2 shows total (Reno, South Park) worth watching on the network. Maybe they can show more Crank Yankers! Or Babies Watching Babies or whatever that clusterfuck was called. Or reruns of Blue Collar tv! Or reruns of Last Comic Standing!

Comedy Central is awful now. Only shows I catch now are South Park and maybe The Daily Show if I remember.
E! now has the SNL reruns.
Bring back MST3K!

The Daily Show
Reno 911
South Park
Assorted good (edited but still relatively decent) movies
VS.
Blue Collar
Mad TV
Assorted bad movies (They play Joe Dirt fucking every weekend and it sucks HARD)
They're heading in the wrong direction axing this show, while it isn't the best, I'll watch it over any Blue Collar TV anyday of the week.

The really need to bump KITH up to a normal time slot instead of showing it at random blocks of time every other month or whatever.

If memory is correct Comedy Central was a merging of two competing comedy channels early on: The Comedy Network, and Ha! or some name like that.
If there was ever room for a "2" of a Channel it would be Comedy Central 2. Or who fucking cares what its called, but Play the MST3000 God Damned Old Episodes WIth Joel Hodgson for Fucks Sake.
and the others mentioned.

Bring back MST3K!
Best idea I've heard in years. The worst MST3K episode is infinitely more entertaining than anything they show, and they have plenty of time for it considering that in any given day CC shows 6 comedy specials from no-name, unfunny losers, 8 MADTV episodes, and at least one horribly unfunny 80s movie.

MST3K is never coming back, anywhere.
They became, in short, too famous for their own good.
When MST3K was a "cult hit" for years and years, they could get by paying dirt cheap to play the movies they savaged. Eventually, though, the filmmakers and producers (Or those in a position to act) caught on and either took offense at their movies being ripped apart, or the fact they weren't making more money. So basically, bringing the show back would require a budget, on average, of at least 5 times what it had before...which Best Brains simply doesn't haven. They'd also have to pay each time a movie was shown, limiting the repeat cycle.
As of now, there are some people/companies so pissed over this, there's little chance of some classic episodes ever being released on DVD or video. The Sandy Frank movies ("Time of The Apes")? He's adamant they'll never be released. All the "Hercules vs." movies? Same deal. Really, really shitty...

Yes. One was owned by Hbo, the other Viacom. To improve market penetration and for finaancial reasons, the two merged with even ownership.
As an aside, John Stewart had one of the original shows on that network.

"Tough Crowd" is over rated and so is Colin.

While MST3K was fantastic and brilliant, it also had a REALLY good run! They were fortunate they came about when they did - in the days of cable when they were actually looking for/and needed content that you couldn't find anymore on local or network television.
They bowed out right at the time it should - when people started getting hip to it.
* MST3K
* You Can't Do That On Television
* Night Flight
All great shows that they couldn't do today.

No way. I can see people saying the Sci-Fi Channel episodes weren't up to the "great" standard of Joel years, but the episodes with Mike while they were still on Comedy Central were, in my opinion, sometimes a LOT better than the Joel episodes.
Oh, and "Drawn Together" just furthers the case for CC REALLY sucking a hard one these days. Awful.
