i would just suggest bringing a folding chair along, you don't want to be on your feet all the time...

and forget about them 'hot dog plates', the ones that are shaped slightly larger than a hotdog. the first thing i do when the guy hands me a hotdog with one of them plates underneath is throw out the plate... just a napkin suffices

and see if you can sell some of that 'orangeade' we got back in the day, deelish!
