XM questions

sorry for the new thread...i know one was started with these similiar questions, but I couldn't find it and have to go back to work.

I'm looking to buy it tomorrow and want the easiest system to hook up. I was thinking the Roadie 2. What type of installation is involved. Do you do it yourself or does someone do it for you. i'm not handy at all and if its even a little complicated i won't be able to do it. I also don't have a tape deck in my car, if that even matters.

so i guess what i'm asking is which is the easiest to install thats still good quality. I do want to be able to move it from my car to my house.

I just got the roadie 2, but you really can't bring it in and out of your car.

I had it installed and it was simple. You don't need a tape deck, for you can use FM modulation which is where you tune to a FM station that is not really broadcasting and it picks it up that way.

There are other models that you can bring to and from your car, but they obviously are more expensive because you have to buy more hardware.

I just got the Roadie 2. I got it with the car kit and then I had to buy the home kit seperately. It was a pain in the ass but now its set up and everything is cool. There really isnt any installation- you just plug everything in, call and activate and youre set. Its easy to set up but it took me forever to find a signal in my house.
