I'm interested in buying a used version of these 2 choices of mine but I am struggling to decide which one.. I like them both and they both have good specs..

Any suggestions? Experience stories?

i would def. go pathfinder. i like them much better.

my good friend has an x-terra. he likes it, but the path finders i have been in are much nicer.

He also feels as though the x-terra is underpowered. his other car happens to be a mustang cobra, so that may have something to do with it

Between the Pathfinder and the Xterra,

I would go with the GMC Envoy.

Nah Hottub.. I don't like GMC, too many recalls, nor any American car.. I prefer Japanese.

I have an '03 Pathfinder and it's alright. I really don't like the X-terra's at all but if I could do it all over again I would have gotten the Audi A4. My Pathfinder eats way too much gas and that's my main complaint about it. It handles fairly well and does a great job of getting me from point A to point B. If you're going to chose between the two I'd go with the Pathfinder.
