I'm just posting this link Toxic because the one you gave asked me to register.

edit:I'm not sure this really matters since he has already received a death sentence and can still be tried for several other shootings. It's just stupid that this gets thrown out for not being soon enough.

Sorry about the link. I didn't know you had to register. Thanks for a real link!

I'm thinking the families of the Fairfax county victims may feel shafted here.
He will die. But it's almost like he got away with THOSE killings in fairfax.

Toxic, happens to me constantly. For some reason, these sites let people right in either the first time, or it's a rndom thing, but a Lot of time I clik on a link and get it, and the next time I go back, it wont let me through unless I do the 'registration dance'

=

And thats fine, but what fucking pisses me off is: Our family has a place in FLA, my home state. And we're trying to get info on whether there's a house there, or if the house is scattered all over martin county, so the Best place to go is to the websites of the local papers.

Now when it a fucking emergency and youd like to find out quick whats going on in FLA During the hurricane, dont make people click on a link that says your town was hit real bad only to get a page saying, 'Hello! Please register...', hey, asses, let me find out how hard my friggin town was hit, huh?

Like it or not, but that is a good law to have. You may not want to sit in jail for years before you get your trial.

no offense i understand where you are coming from but the justice system is set up so that they would rather have a guilty man go free then an innocent man go to jail. thats why the defendants have more rights than the prosecutors and victims.
