Well, HTH, according to the spoilers, Jordan rubs Booker the wrong way, so he might start getting into a feud with JBL after all. I hope she does get into a title feud.

I have to admire Booker T because at each time when the crowd momentum is pushing him to be a face, he has managed some way to remain a heel. But I'm disappointed that the WWE has, time and again, denied him the chance a decent title runs. I'm not saying he should be a 5-time 5-time 5-time 5-time 5-time WWE champion (although I'd love that), but he's certainly earned it, the crowd is into him, and he can work a match very well. Even the sudden London-Booker T match was a good one, and he made London look very credible.

See, Booker T is every what every fan wants a wrestler to be. He doesn't mind putting others over, he plays well as a face and a heel, entertaining on the mic, in ring skills while limited move base, still entertaining. Wasn't he supposed to become the World Heavyweight Champion at WM19?

And you didn't even put the other half in white text as other guys have to ensure that the unbelievably dumb (*coughHATETREEHIGHWAYcough*) still don't stumble upon it. I'm not getting on you, but you gotta admit it made no sense and it ruined it for alot of guys that just looked at the thread title.

Booker's too injury-prone these days, and thisclose to retirement. Better they go with a fresh face than someone who might be unable to wrestle (as Book's been for the past several days).

I dunno. Everything about Carlito seems to be reheated Razor. When Razor was coming into the WWF, he did the same things. Fucking with the street vendors, intimidating the locals etc. I also thought for a debut and a main event the match was so extremely mediocre it wasn't even funny. The opening promo he did was pretty good though and I'm glad that Carlito bounced back after losing American Idol.

I haven't seen the match yet (didn't review my tape of last night's broadcast), but from everything I've heard from people who've seen Carly Colon wrestle - not just last night, but numerous times either in OVW or down in Puerto Rico - Carly's a piece of shit in the ring.

While I can see them wanting to get someone new over quickly and make a new star, don't you think they could have done it with someone else who needs the establishment more?

Fallon great post, nice sigpic...damn, I was thinking of that one...only I can't make them. I'm just not cool.

While I'm disappointed that Booker T isn't the US champ (along with the much more interesting matches and stories that might go along with it), I have to give Carlito his due. He performed well, although I would like to has seen more moves beyond punches and kicks. Cena made him look good, and the match had the crowd all the way through the end. The stunned silence was just great.

I only concern myself that this kid has been lifted too high and won't be able to maintain it. He's had no time to build any ring rapport with the crowd, and once he loses the belt he may not hold much of their interest.
