john stewarts new book

i bought jon stewarts new book the other day and its absolutely unreadable. im a fan of john stewart and the daily show but this book is absolutely horrible. the layout of the book is that it mimics a school textbook and thats pretty funny in its self but thats not the problem. the problem is the content, its as if they tried to put a joke in every sentence but theres not enough meat or substance. i wish they would of dictated a current situation and then give their spin on it but they seem intent on trying to insert constant jokes and its more annoying than funny. its like when you talk to someone who tries to have witty funny comebacks every time they speak. the sad part is that the reviews of this book that i have seen have said this book is close to genius but i just think these people are mindless idiots who are pandering to john stewart because of his critically acclaimed show. im only half way through and i will try and finish it but i have my doubts that i can. has anyone else had a chance to read this book, i would love to know if im the only one who feels this way. im so dissapoinetd, i was really looking forward to this book, its just awful.

The reasons why he sucked are many and, to be truthful, have been widely catalogued in the annals of presidential history. So, with your indulgence, I'd like to focus instead on the intensity of his sucking.

Warren G. Harding was a worthless piece of shit. Fuck him. His presidency was a taint, not just in the sense of a "stain on the office," but literally a taint - the anatomical area between the anus and the testicles.

Good book. I wish I could get it signed by someone on the Daily Show, there is a perfect place on the inside cover (brought me back to gradeschool)
