It would likely taste kinda like rabbit...
We raise rabbits for that and while I dont eat them, I know people who really seem to enjoy it. To me its almost tastes like chicken marsala.
But if I was gonna eat chicken marsala.... Id have chicken marsala!

Good thing we raise chickens too!
