Ok I am trying to come up with some titles for some comedies to watch on the DVD for a movie night. I do not mean some romance comedies. I mean something that makes you laugh so hard you fart by accident.
Gonna list as many as I can....also post some you think I might have missed...remeber your vote counts!!!

Before I even opened this thread, I couldn't decide between YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN and RAISING ARIZONA, so you made it easier for me!

Mine would be "Fast Times At Ridgemont High"

The new 5.1 version comes out next week. I was lucky enough to get it yesterday. It's exactly the same as the one from a few years ago (menus, extras), except in 5.1

SPINAL TAP (and BEST IN SHOW)
SOUTH PARK
BASEketball
BILLY MADISON

Honorable Mention: ATTACK OF THE CLONES. The drama is so bad that it succeeds as a comedy.

Animal House, Ed Wood, 16 Candles, Blazing Saddles, Spinal Tap, South Park, Best in Show, Holy Grail, Airplane, Fast Times at Ridgemont High - all excellent. Something About Mary holds up.

A number of random Woody Allen too - mostly old, but an occasional newer one, like Bullets Over Broadway or Radio Days. Big fan of the old John Waters movies too; also Eating Raoul, Harold & Maud, Repo Man, Return of the Living Dead and Something Wild still makes me laugh, speaking of cult movies.

As far as old movies - big fan of Billy Wilder (you never realize that SUNSET BLVD was supposed to be a black comedy until you see it in a theatre), Arsenic & Old Lace, the old Marx Brothers films, Mad Mad World.

Mad Mad World.

Damn forgot about that one. OK along with the In-Laws, thats my Other Favorite.

But Cherry is my favorite too; along with grape, one is just like... more favorite...

Its a Mad Mad Mad Mad World easily takes the funniest 'Ensemble' cast movie. Hell just getting a cast like that together, hell they even talked the three stooges into a single shot in the movie but they were there along with everyone else...

Some have been mentioned already, but I'm all for repeat mentions if it convinces someone to rent it:

Arsenic & Old Lace
Marx Brothers' films - A Night at the Opera is just fun AND funny
Some of the "Road To . . . " movies that Hope & Crosby were in

The Inlaws - something about the Falk/Arkin combination
The Pink Panther
Noises Off

Blazing Saddles
Young Frankenstein

Spinal Tap
Best In Show
A Mighty Wind
