I was supposed to have play practice today but it got cancelled. So me and my friend decided to hang out. We walked to her house and hung out and it was really good times. As I come out of her house I see a red SUV coming my way. I continued walking and as they passed someone yelled something along of the lines of "yo you fucking dick you keep on fucking walking!" I, startled of course, turn around and they stop the car and pull down a street and turn around. I turn down a one way street realizing that they were kinda following me. They come down the one way street the right way and stop the car. I see now that it was a bunch of spanish kids(ghetto spanish)about my age. I had never seen any of these kids before so I thought it was odd theyw ere yelling at me from their car. The one kid yells at me "why da fuck did ya give me the finger fucker!?" I swear on my life I never gave the kid the finger. They yell and stop and I say, cheerfully, "Take it easy fella's." That enraged them and the kid got out and looked as if he was gunna come at me. He didn't which is good. They drove off.

I'm going down another street and I see these kids sitting on a bench. I'm a nice person so I said "Hey." I keep on walking and this one kid says "fuck you" to me. I turn around and just shake my head.

What the hell happened to nice people? I know I can be a mean son of a bitch but I am overall a nice guy. I just don't udnerstand it at all.

Hang in there Keith. It may seem like most people are douches, but as time goes on you meet more and more good people. You'll even start getting a knack for knowing who's a dick right off the bat. (You're not right everytime, but generally pretty close)

My friend and I always say "good people meet good people, and assholes meet assholes". It may sound silly, but when you meet one nice person, they generally have nice friends, who in turn have nice friends, which kind of restores your faith in humanity.

EDIT: Oh, and like fiestygal said, always be slightly wary of people. Even if someone seems nice, keep your gaurd up until you're pretty sure. Asshole people love to take advantage, so be on the look out.

about 3 months ago im walking in my town(little suburb in nj) and i have my head phones on just chilling and trying to get some exercise and some dick yells something at me through his car window.

im not sure what it was b/c of the head phones but im 100% it was bad b/c the way he looked at me and b/c im a pretty odd looking guy (6'1 310lbs long hair,ect) . of course this pussy wanna be tough guy has 3 of his boys in the car and they slow down and are laughing their asses off. i chuck my head phones to the ground and head out into the street , giving them the finger and the come get it hand motion i get about 15 feet from their pussy mobile and of course they speed out of there.

bottom line anyone whos not man enough to go one on one face to face with someone is just a coward, treat them like the cowards they are and they always back down. at least in my experiences.

This story reminds me of a story of my own growing up in the mean streets of Flushing, or as we call it "The Floo" So my best friend at the time went to a Intermediate School about 6 blocks from my house, so I was a freshman in Highschool and got out like 45 minutes earlier then him and would meet up at his school and walk home. So this one day we are walking home and this old piece of shit car stops in front of us. One spanish kid leans out the back passanger window with a fucking shot gun and points it right at us. My chicken shit friend jumps behind me and pulls me in front of him. I just froze with my eyes wide open. I hear another kid in the car say something like "Yo that aint them" then the kid with the shot gun says something like "You lucky poota." and gets back in the window as the car speeds off. I stood there for a good 2 minutes before I realized my friend was already tearing ass down the block. I quickly followed him and still make fun of him about ducking behind me and taking off like a scared little bitch. Truthfully I would have done the same thing if I was able to move any part of my body, but dont tell him that.

I dont know whats happened to people. There was a time when the majority of people were descent and good and the bad people were just a troubling few. Its either that the good people are still there and good in quiet ways, or theyve just learned to turn their heads and ignore the shit that they use to stand up against. There are still some good people who will help you out, like if your car broke down and you were standing there next to it, usually someone will come along and ask you if you need help or something. I know I cant resist if I saw someone, especially a woman, in distress and I had the ability to help.
Dont lose complete faith in nice people, they are still around!
At the softball game when Sexy Bastard got hurt, everyone was practially falling over themselves trying to help him! As long as YOU try and be nice and others see it, it kind of spreads it around and others follow your lead.

There is a cunt at my job that tells blatant lies to get you in trouble. We have caught her in many of them, but today was the last straw. She started yelling at me out of nowhere, so when I told her she was lying, she goes, "I hope you're not calling me a liar." Since no one else has balls in my school, I turned around and said, "yeah you're a fucking liar," and went directly to the director's office with my complaints.

We are having a meeting on Monday afternoon about the GOD AWFUL classroom I am stuck in this year-- with Hitler as the lead and lying idiots as my coworkers-- and I am just doing the countdown until I quit in June. UGH-- I finally came to realize that as much as you enjoy your work and do a good job, there are always going to be those assholes out there that make your life a living hell.

im a nice person but i do agree that there are not many nicey nice people out there. people are all about themselves and not about how they treat others. no dont get me wrong....you shouldnt put anyone but yourself before you but at least have the decencey (sp??) to treat others the way youd want to be treated.

prime example:

the other day my one of my supervisors was on the phone...our phones are hard to hear on alone but a few other supervisors around this guy were laughing and being very loud around him. he kindly said, "i cant talk on the phone with all the noise, can you be quiet" this one supervisor says "just open your mouth and talk" again he says "i cant talk on the phone" and she goes "yeah just open your mouth and make words come out" then i dunno what happened after that all i know is the woman supervisor told him to go fuck himself TWICE....she was being totally rude to begin with and cursing him out was totally uncalled for, no one could believe it.

this woman always acts like shes better than the rest of us and shes always very rude. i dont know how people can act this way and think its ok....every day i wish death on her.
