It's been a while and it's time to get another one going.

1. Booker T: Next WWE champion? No one deserves it more that he does and I think a title run would be a great way to go out since he is considering retiring by next year.

2. Tough Enough Contestants: None of them sold a god damn bodyslam by the Big Show, but I think it's going to come down to Mike Mizanin and Justice Smith who I think fits the image perfectly. I mean, he can be trained to be a good worker and the name just rules.

3. Just an idea: If it were up to me, I would make OVW one of the brands of the WWE. I mean, the guys could be announced as from OVW when they have their matches on Velocity or Heat against the Superstars. OVW shouldn't be treated like an indy fed if it's the farm league of the WWE.

1)Yes he will. See my earlier thread about this.

2)Don't care. Liked the black guy who lied about his age.

3)OVW probably has more talent than TNA.

1. Booker should be Champion, It would bee something fresh on SD!.

2. I fast forwarded through the TE segments.

3. WWE has never mentioned OVW on their shows, not sure if they'd do that.

1. Booker T: Next WWE champion? No one deserves it more that he does and I think a title run would be a great way to go out since he is considering retiring by next year.

As I've mentioned before in another thread, the PPV buyrates prove that the JBL-as-champion experiment is a failure (at this point he's probably the worst drawing WWE champion ever, next to Kevin Nash), so they really need to take the belt off of him ASAP. I can see them putting the belt on Booker T, but frankly I think that even if they do, Booker will only be a transitional champ, to eventually place the belt on Angle.

2. Tough Enough Contestants: None of them sold a god damn bodyslam by the Big Show, but I think it's going to come down to Mike Mizanin and Justice Smith who I think fits the image perfectly. I mean, he can be trained to be a good worker and the name just rules.

I'll be exceedingly harsh: if you're trying to learn the business, and you don't even have enough sense to sell a bodyslam from the fucking BIG SHOW, then I question whether you really deserve a spot in the business after all. I'm quite openly advocating that, at some point during this little "contest", Bob Holly is brought in to teach the rookies a little "respect".

This group is absolutely fucking horrible. Outside of "the Miz", they're all bland, generic hosses - even fucking "Justice Smith", who's a bland African-American hoss. Frankly, the one one of these schmucks I could even possibly cheer for is Miz, and that's only because because of his size and look he's the absolute OPPOSITE of what the WWE is looking for. And he won't win - hell, the WWE will rig the system so he doesn't. Look for him to probably stick around to the end, because he's the only one of these guys who has something resembling an interesting personality. But my money's on the Stunning Steve lookalike getting the contract.

3. Just an idea: If it were up to me, I would make OVW one of the brands of the WWE. I mean, the guys could be announced as from OVW when they have their matches on Velocity or Heat against the Superstars. OVW shouldn't be treated like an indy fed if it's the farm league of the WWE.

What? It SHOULD be treated that way because it IS the farm league of the WWE and, based upon their track record, a rather poor one at that. I turn on WWE and already I see shitty workers in shitty wrestling matches - I'd rather not turn on my TV to see even SHITTIER workers in even SHITTIER matches.

3)OVW probably has more talent than TNA.

PLEASE.

AJ Styles has more talent than the entire OVW roster. The ENTIRE roster. COMBINED.

I agree 100%, Styles to me is the best thing out there. He entertains me like no other.

I was mostly talking about Double J, Nash, hall and according to rumor Luger.

1. Booker T would make a great champion, particularly if they will put one or two good credible opponents to come after his title. Orlando Jordan has not looked as good as he did this past Smackdown, and that's due in no small part to Booker making him look tough. Seven is right (sadly), the WWE would at best have Booker as a transitional champion.

2. TE was about the only show of its sort I had any interest in, but these short segments don't generate much involvement with the competitors. Between the guy who lied about his age and the torn-bicep guy who earned an OVW contract, both my picks for the TE winner (and people who showed some real spirit and personality) are gone.

3. I don't watch much of Velocity or Heat, but every now and then when I catch up I see some awesome matches. I would almost rather have them show OVW on that WWE Experience show, just to see some talent-in-training.

And I thought one of Spicy's topics would be that: if all the RFW players had PS2, would we all get Raw vs Smackdown and play on there?:)

Now I'm starving

I'm about to turn it up a notch!

Now that's an idea.

So here's a bonus topic:

Smackdown vs. RAW: If you've gone onto IGN and seen the video matchups, they've made a lot of changes. But when it all comes down to it, it's all about the season mode. What are your expectations?

I beta tested the game and its a very nice ugrade from HCTP. CAS (create-a-superstar) is even deeper and you can use them online. I played some awesome ones.

I heard season mode is even better now.

I'll believe season mode is better when I see it. I still occasionally play through season mode on HCTP, but frankly, it gets very old very quickly to play the same two or three scenarios every season.

I'll probably wind up buying Raw v. Smackdown, but I'm not totally enthusiastic about it. I don't give a shit about many of the options (such as create a belt or online play), and the roster is all fucked up (Garrison Cade is in the game but Paul London, Kidman, Regal and Eugene - amongst others - are not).

Once again, I think I might buy last years game due to lack of funds. I may play it this week though since my friend is buying it tomorrow. Maybe if I beg my sister a little more, I'll get it. Hmm...
