Why does everyone think we "gain or lose" anything? Its only this annoying tradition that doesnt do anyone any kind of good and causes more trouble than anything else we do. I would happlily vote for any candidate who promises to abolish this rediculously unnecessary disruptive bi-annual event. Farmers work by the Sun for crying out loud!
Now, when I go to work tomorrow, all the clocks will be wrong, my Palm Pilot, the time clock, everything will be messed up, and for what??

Well since your body gets used to waking up at a certain time and now it's actually a hour earlier for your body, you do gain something. But your bidy adjusts fast so it's not a big deal.

Seriously, I'd have expected you to live in a home full of Rube Goldberg devices - a la "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure," that would put on your shoes, poach your eggs, run you a batch and reset your clocks twice a year.
