Simpsons easily. Futurama a close Second. Family Guy will make me laugh more than either of those two shows combined, but Futurama and Simpsons have heart and really endearing characters that, to me, make them a cut above the rest. Though, South Park, on occasion, does have a little bit of real heart put into the shows, but I haven't watched that in forever.
