I know I'm missing some (Reba! According to Jim! King of Queens!), but not that many...with few exceptions, the sit-com is a dying art form.
Thankfully, the ones that are good, are really good.

Umm, Curb Your Enthusiasm isn't a sitcom?
Obviously it blows away anything on TV right now, so there must be something that disqualifies it.

I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about.

I've never seen an episode of Arrested Development, but I can't imagine it being better then Scrubs. That show (Scrubs) never fails to produce big laughs.

I haven't seen anything on that list.
Curb Your Enthusiasm is wonderful.
I normally just watch 24, Simpsons, Family Guy, Sopranos, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Latenight shows like Daily Show, Tough Crowd, Conan and Letterman.
Sitcoms aren't very good in general.

It's a sitcom, it just isn't on the air right now...

I love the Huxtibles! Theo, Rudy....... One time Theo was high! I started crying! But I wasn't as upset as when Uncle Tom Hanks came in drunk one time and started beating up Alex P. Keaton! Scary!

Not to mention the fact that he drank the vanilla extract.
