Well, I just figured out where I'm going New Years Eve; its in central NJ, it's a kickass room, huge, so if ya like the bands I just got this in the mail...

Starring DRAMARAMA and THE SMITHEREENS
Friday, December 31st * Doors 8pm
18 to enter, 21 to drink

All tickets just $28, which includes 2-hour open bar from 8-10pm, hats, noisemakers and party favors, champagne toast at midnight and continental breakfast. Free admission + DJ dancing after 2am. Starland will remain open until 5am.

So are the Smithereens and Dramarama, but for some reason, when 1993 calls for a club date, at least around here, a thousand people will show up cash in hand. DiNizio and Easedale were both in Asbury over the weekend for shows; when Easedale jumps on your back instead of saying hi you realize how big he is. Oh that jump on the back is good for a joke.

I'm old too; I was talking to a bunch of guys last night at a soundcheck, then asked who they were: 'Jimmy Eat World'

OK, youre the guys sold out the Pony on a Wednesday night; I'm out of with with these kids todays and their new fancy rock and roll music.
