Halo 2

Where's all the Halo 2 gossip? I played the first one on PC and absolutely loved it and just the other day i saw some guys at my dorm playing it and it looked incredible.
I wish they would release it for PC but i have a feeling that won't be out for a long time.
Anyone play it?

Just played a five hour XBox LAN of Halo 2. Its pretty cool, but I didn't notice much of a difference from the original Halo besides the weapons and maps.

The Xbox Live play is superb. I've probably clocked in 30 hours in it already. Without a question the best online console game ever created.

The singe player on the other hand isn't spectacular, its good but can get really boring and repetitive. The overall game isn't a huge overhaul, but the xbox live play is so good you'll forget it.

Names "Knickster" if you want to play.

I've been over my buddies house almost every day since it's come out. It's just like the first one, with new weapons and maps, which is cool with us because we loved the first one. Definitely the best multi-player console game I've ever played.

I'm so completely out of this. I hate First Person Shooters. I hate dual analog control.

My friend, as we were playing Halo 2, told me, it's easy once you get used to it. . .

Then I said, "Why do I have to get used to it? Why can't it just feel natural?"

The first Halo was a good game although the reptitve layout and visiuals of the levels got boring after a while. I'm holding off for now, there are better games (imo) that I'd like to play.

An online first person shooter on a console doesn't sound right to me. I'm used to the old keyboard and mouse combo since online gaming for the PC has been around for years and years.
