Apparently this is in production for release in 2005, weird ass cast...
-Adam Sandler
-Chris Rock
-Burt Reynolds (playing Coach Scarboro)
-Michael Irvin
-Nelly
-Bill Goldberg
-Bill Romanowski (wonder if he went back on the juice for this)
-Kevin Nash
-Steve Austin
-Brain Bosworth (hahaha!)
-Giant Singh
-Dan Patrick
-Tracy Morgan

Do we really need all these stupid movie remakes? What's next Bo Jackson in Brian's Song?

Who is Karim Garcia?? I no respect heem.

Brain Bosworth

What, did he get smarter?

I guess his real estate job is kinda slow these days and he has the time to do this. (http://www.ronfez.net/messageboard/viewmessages.cfm/Forum/82/Topic/40947/page/Hello__I_m_the_Boz__and_just_look_at_this_kitchen_ .htm)

there was a UK version made by Guy Richie called "Mean Machine", it's the same, but with soccer instead of American football. I's a good flick, and you should check it out

Michael Irvin

Why not make it more realistic and add other football players who had trouble with the law: Rae Carruth, Dexter Manley, Jamal Lewis are a few that come to mind.

Why do they fuck with the clasics?

Did Hollywood not learn it's lesson with Caddyshack II?

I shucked it, and I shucked it, and I shucked it, i'm quite the mother shucker

I wanted to hate this movie, but it was okay. Chris Rock was pretty bad. Of all the wrestlers it's Nash that gets the laughs. The crowd seemed to love it. I may have been the only person there that saw the original. The girl sitting in front of me hipped her friend to the fact that the old guy was the star of the original.

He had performed his mistakes in the dark, so he was still a man.
