I strongly encourage men to give themselves an opportunity to move past any old homophobic taboos as they watch this video, to learn more about their bodies. Anal sphincter constriction can lead to elimination problems as well as affecting the musculature and health of the pelvic girdle and the overall spine. Many men are terrified of attention to the rectum due to clinical anal exams and/or the fiberoptic diagnostic devices inserted in their asses. What I mean is that many men are not getting regular prostate exams or having sigmoidoscopies and colonoscopies performed that might detect the early presence of prostate and colon problems. As more men give themselves permission to learn more about their bodies and pleasure, they can demand that doctors and nurses be gentler when giving these tests.
