For me, it's cornbread. I love homebaked cornbread. I usually only get to eat it on thanksgiving.

how about you?

Furie, up until 5 years ago I never had it either. I always thought it would taste like shit. Then my brother's mother in law baked one and I felt I should taste it just to be nice. I have never looked back.

Have any of you ever had your turkey marinated in chimichurri, and then slow grilled a parrillada?
(Argentine style)

Best Pavo Ever!!!

I'm skipping it this year. Probably do it next year.

Argentinian Chimichurri-Style Marinade

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup malt vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with tight fitting lid. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours before using.

My wife makes two different stuffed mushrooms.

1) Mushrooms stuffed with crab meat.
2) Mushrooms stuffed with a sausage/veggy stuffing.

I shucked it, and I shucked it, and I shucked it, i'm quite the mother shucker
