Did anyone shop yesterday amid the pack of other sales seekers and shoppers looking for bargains. Or did you stay home and avoid the hassle. So stores were open a 6 a.m. for heaven's sake.

stayed home

I'd rather over-pay than stand on line at Best Buy for 2 hours

I've got balls to scratch

No. I am saving my money for the Christmas boutique that my school hosts (next Thursday night) at the Garden City Hotel. All of the money raised goes to autism. I would rather shop for a good cause then fight the crowds to get great deals!

I was with family in Kansas and had to do a quick trip to the Wal-Mart, and ended up buying a $27.00 DVD player for them for X-Mas - made me feel very dirty since I never shop at Wal-Mart, and I never shop on the day after X-Mas.

I got over it though.

While out in Kansas I saw one of Best Buy's near me (the one off Columbia Pike in Falls Church) featured on Good Morning America and the evening News with all of thier nuttiness.

I tried to go and get some shopping done yesterday. The sales were good but there was no way I would stand in those lines. Every store I walked into I just turned around and left.

I worked too. I'm the one who responded to the car accidents coming out of the shopping malls.

A lot of pissed off people that day.

By the way, where are the Salvation Army ringers at?

I Shopped in my boxers and T Shirt. Gotta love online shopping. No Traffic, long lines or loud mouth crybabies, even avoided hearing kids complain
