As long as no officers were turned away when they needed some sleep so that he & judith could spend nights together ordering room service, I have no poroblem with a guy who had one of the most stressful jobs on the planet at that moment using the apartment to get some stress relief. The affair is a shame, but I don't think this calls for some huge backlash against Kerik if it was just that.
