Frickin' Charley Horse!!!

I've been battling lower back pain for the past few days so I've been really careful about how I sleep in my bed. However last night I had this dream that I was telling someone about the pain in my back. I start describing the pain I'm feeling and where it is, when all of a sudden my dream self decides to say "well at least my legs feel okay!" with that my leg goes and kicks the other leg. I immediately wake up to one of the most excrutiatingly painful charley horses I've ever felt. This was around 4 am this morning. I'm still a little sore, but not nearly as bad as I felt before.

FUCK YOU YOU CHARLEY HORSE!!!

yeah my body likes to hurt me during sleep too...at least 2 or 3 times a month i'll have a dream that makes me slam my head into the corner of my bed side tables and i just have head-aches for the rest of the day...but I'm horrible to my body anyway.

i usually catch the charlie horse before it has full impact by relaxing. it almost always happens when i wake up and start stretching my legs.

i heard the best thing to do is get up and start walking it off.

it might not be that, i get this in my calves sometimes after i run alot. you'll be sleep and have your leg bent, and it will cramp up. for some reason while its cramped, you try to open your leg and it yanks the muscle and thats what hurts

Next time any of you get a charley horse, try biting your lower lip. Its an accupresure point and I can often even prevent a charley horse by applying pressure in that area.

You know what stage fright is? You get scared about having to perform in front of a group and the anxiety of having to do it gets you sick, it "makes you" get sick, as a way of giving you an excuse to not do it. Back pain crippled me for many years until I was enlightened by that little gem. Im not saying that if your hefting 100 lb bulldogs that your not going to strain yourself a bit. Im talking about something else that effects a LOT of people, myself included.

BDC, I think at this point you have single handedly exhausted every single possible bulldog reference imaginable on a messageboard across the many threads in which you have posted. I've read almost as much about your bulldogs as I've read about DJevelEds various fecal activities and Snoogans random references to blunt head wounds upon band instruments.
