What is proper margins on Word perfect

it actually depends on what you are typing, essays are slightly different then letters and what not. Usually we always went 1-7 on reports and other such things, letters i always thought started at like 1.5 or something, its been awhile

The defualts are Top/Bottom 1", Left/Right 1.25".

I think it might be Left/Right 1.5" for reports but I can't remember.
