2004 Appreciation Thread

We've all had our ups and downs this year, and many people like to focus on all the bad that's happened. Well, why not take some time to think about the good things that have happened this year.

1. I didn't have an attack. This is something that makes me happy.
2. I went to Ireland and Scotland. I loved it. Once in a lifetime thing.

Those are two things that stick out in my mind.

2004 was good. I was happier than I've been in years. My female bully had a litter, which was a great experience. Business was good, and I finally got around to joining RF.net. My personal life was so good I had trouble peeing at one point, but that went away.

I'm thankful that I'm finally back in school. I've got a decent job, but most of all: I'm thankful for my nephew!

-- The job front improved significantly
-- UCONN won the NCAA tourney (I'll route for the home state)
-- I saw Brian Wilson release AND perform "SMiLE"
-- My Red Sox FINALLY won a World Series
